Located across the street from Balboa Park in San Diego was an existing poorly built and dark kitchen that didn’t highlight the beauty of the views from this penthouse location. A full kitchen remodel with all new finishes and lighting brought in a lighter and brighter, more refined, and feminine space for our client. Existing HVAC closet doors were re-built in the same cabinetry material to look tied into and part of the kitchen. Gorgeous quartzite slabs run along a full height back splash and substantial kitchen island. Being an open plan kitchen to the entry, dining, and living room areas, the kitchen needed to tie in as if it was always part of the adjacent spaces.
