The pocket downtown neighborhood of Little Italy not only attracts trendy residents but also businesses looking to relocate closer to the city with it’s diverse restaurants and culture. This client was doing just that and looked to Studio SIMIC to design them a fresh new office space. Starting with a completely demolished 10,000 square foot space was like working with a blank canvas for the design team. The project scope involved the design of both the overall space and the individual built in custom furnishings such as the reception desk and conference room benches. The final intention was to create a bright, crisp, clean, and contemporary working environment to showcase this development firm’s new headquarters.
